Classroom Equipment Request

You may use this form to request delivery of A/V Equipment for use in classrooms. If you have questions regarding equipment used, please contact the A/V Distribution staff at 682-1611 ext. 7714.

PLEASE NOTE:
After midnight you will be unable to submit requests for equipment delivery for tomorrow’s date. If you wish to request equipment for today's date, please contact the A/V Distribution office.

If you wish to request videotaping or event setup services please contact Instructional Video Services at 682-1611 ext. 7349.
