The OneAccount is directly linked to your OCCC Debit Card, which is also a Debit MasterCard®. With money in your OneAccount, you can use your OCCC Debit Card wherever Debit MasterCard is accepted.

Refund?
Sure! You can change your refund preference anytime by logging into your OneAccount at OCCCDebitCard.com. From the main menu bar select “Financial Refunds” then “Refund Preferences.” Select Easy Refund and click the “Update Preferences” button.
