Great American Biographies
Prerequisites: ENGL 0203, adequate placement score, or by meeting determined placement measures

Great American Biographies introduces students to biographies and autobiographies of significant people in U.S. history. Students study the lives and work of individuals by reading, watching biographical films, engaging in discussions, and, finally, by writing a fifteen-page biography of an ancestor or family member.
