COMPARATIVE VERTEBRATE ANATOMY
Prerequisites: BIO 2215 or equivalent

Through an investigation of early development, phylogeny and anatomical characteristics of various vertebrate species, the student will identify and contrast vertebrate morphology and discuss its evolutionary significance. Laboratory work which requires dissection is an integral and required part of the course.As part of the coursework you may have the potential of being, to some degree, exposed to hazardous material.
