SOP SPEC 20 GENESYS

1. Turn power on (back left bottom of machine)
2. Warm up for 30 minutes.
3. Select A/T/C until A (absorbance) shows in window
4. Select wavelength in nanometers (nm)
5. Wipe fingerprints from tube using a Kim wipe and insert the appropriate blank into the cell holder under the lid. (use water, broth, buffer, etc.)
6. Press 0 ABS to set the blank to zero absorbance.
7. Remove blank and read specimens.
