Byron Berline is one of the world's most accomplished fiddle players. In his four decade career he has played with hundreds of famous musicians from various genres. Some of these artists have included: Bob Dylan, The Byrds, The Rolling Stones, Willie Nelson, and Earl Scruggs. Byron has recorded seven solo albums and has been nominated for two Grammy's for his solo work. In 1995 he returned to Oklahoma after years of touring to build a Fiddle Shop where musicians could come and practice their material and hold impromptu jam sessions. The Byron Berline band formed at this Fiddle Shop in 1996. Since then their music and reputation as one of the regions best bluegrass groups has transcended through the United States and into Europe. This is mostly due their technical showmanship and highly skilled players.
The band known as Hot Club of San Francisco began over ten years ago and has been amazing audiences around the world with their signature style of early French dance hall jazz. music known to fans "gypsy jazz". They adopted their style from the famous French guitarist Django Reinhardt who created a sensation in Europe in the 1930's creating a new style of Jazz that was uniquely European. Hot Club's songs however have not become limited to their influences. Their repertoire has come to include modern music as well as traditional American swing jazz and each player is known for their improvisations onstage.
