    Computer Science Web Design and Development Degrees and Certificates at Oklahoma City Community College

    • An associate degree in applied science in computer science with a web design and development option. The coursework for this degree includes both working with the creative interface which the user will see as well as the background coding which makes the site function effectively. This degree will give you the skills you need to immediately enter the job market.
    • A certificate of mastery in web design. This course of study will teach you the artistic elements of website creation. It includes topics like web page creation, multimedia, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Flash, CSS, JavaScript, user interface design, accessibility and usability.
    • A certificate of mastery in web development. This course of study will teach you the technical elements of website creation. It includes topics like XHTML/HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, security and Java or Visual Basic.

He has taught numerous computer classes and served on several institutional committees.  He is also a sponsor for the International Student Association at OCCC. He earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
