Professor/Coordinator of Administrative Office Technology
I began working at the College in 1982 as the Division Secretary for the Academic Division of Business. During the next 15 years, I worked my way up the ranks with the office. During my time at OCCC, I completed my A.A.S. in Secretarial Science at OCCC (1985), my B.S. in Liberal Studies/Office Administration (1994) and my M.Ed. in General Education/Business-Marketing (1997) from the University of Central Oklahoma. I also taught as an Adjunct Professor at OCCC. My full-time teaching career began 1997. My main program is Administrative Office Technology, but I've also taught classes in the Business program. Once the Success classes began, I began teaching those courses as well. I love working at OCCC - it is a great institution that is focused on student success.

Mr. Myrick is from Poplarville, MS where he received his associates degree from Pearl River Community College. He is a third generation recipient of an associates degree and is a firm believer of the the community college system. He later went on to receive his bachelors and masters degrees from Mississippi State University in economics with an minor emphasis in both degrees in political science. He taught at Mississippi State University as a student teacher for one year and later taught at Dyersburg State Community College in Dyersburg, TN for 5 years before coming to Oklahoma City College.Mr. Myrick has been employed as a full time professor at OCCC since August 2009. He also works sparingly for Embry Riddle University and Oklahoma Christian as an economics professor.Mr. Myrick is a firm believer in students reading their textbooks to receive as much information as possible and for students not to rely on lectures alone. His beliefs include that the student should never stop trying to learn new things. For this belief, Mr. Myrick still considers himself a student for life.

Dr. Germain Pichop, a Fulbright Scholar, is the Chair of Business Department and Co-Director of the Center of Excellence in International Business at Oklahoma City Community College (OCCC). Prior to joining OCCC, Dr. Pichop worked as an economist for the Africa Regional Program of The World Vegetable Center (AVRDC), where he coordinated socio-economic research activities across 15 African countries, and took him to few Asian countries as well. Dr. Pichop was born in Cameroon (Africa), where he grew up and studied. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from The University of Yaoundé (Cameroon) in 1994. He also studied at the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC) where he obtained a Master's Degree in International Marketing and International Affairs (1996). In 1997 he served as intern at the Cameroon National Cocoa and Coffee Board (NCCB), where he was exposed to the complexities of the international trade of cocoa and coffee. He was awarded the Fulbright grant in 1998 to pursue a doctoral program in agricultural and applied economics at Oklahoma State University. After graduating with his PhD in 2003, Dr. Pichop worked as Research Associate at the Department of Agricultural Economics at Oklahoma State University, before teaching Economics as an adjunct professor of business and economics at Oklahoma City Community College. Dr. Pichop has published over 20 peer reviewed papers and books and book chapters. He is a recipient of the Leadership Recognition Award at Oklahoma State University (2000), and a SIFE Sam M. Walton Free Enterprise Fellow. He is an ACBSP trained Business Programs evaluator and a member of the Board of Directors for Kappa Beta Delta International Honor Society.

Anita Williams has been a Professor of Business and Chair of the Finance Program at Oklahoma City Community College for twenty years. Prior to that, she was the Coordinator for the Finance Program for ten years, after working in the banking industry.
