An associate degree or certificate of mastery in banking and finance from Oklahoma City Community College will be sure to give you the edge and help you stand out from the crowd.
At Oklahoma City Community College, there are two options for students interested in this career field:
- An associate degree in applied science with an emphasis in business along with a finance and banking option: This degree program prepares management trainees to work in customer service or credit departments at financial institutions.
- A certificate of mastery in banking and finance: This program teaches the skills needed for entry-level positions with advancement opportunities as a loan officer, head teller, cashier or operations officer.
But, if you are interested in transferring your business degree to a four-year college or university, talk with an academic advisor. You probably want an associate degree in science in business rather than an associate degree in applied science.
