The suspect vehicle (white ford truck) was located by OCCC security late last night abandoned near 89th and May. OCPD advised the truck was stolen and have taken it into custody for processing. The suspect has not been located.
Again, please do not confront any suspicious person on campus. Contact Safety and Security immediately Ext. 7747.
In compliance with the "Timely Notice" provision of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998 the Oklahoma City Community College Department of Safety and Security are giving notice of a violent crime occurring in Lot G of the Oklahoma City Community College Campus.
REPORTED OFFENSE:
On Tuesday July 17, 2007 at approximately 5:13 pm an Aggravated Assault occurred in Lot G when the victim confronted a suspect breaking into a vehicle.
SUSPECT VEHICLE:
White Ford extended cab F-150 or F-250 truck. Vehicle will have a gray stripe on the bottom with gray running boards. Possible tag number AWD 4117.
SUSPECT:
White male, short brown hair (balding), 5-10 average build.
It can be assumed that conditions continue to exist that may pose a threat to members and guests of the OCCC community. It is the duty of the institution to warn of possible "dangerous conditions" on or near campus.
Please do not confront this suspect or other suspects while on campus.
