Welcome to the Office of Records and Graduation Services! This office provides registration, records and graduation transfer evaluation services including official transcripts, enrollment verifications, ID cards, and parking permits. The Records area is comprised of several self-service terminals in which students can enroll themselves online or print transcripts and fee statements. Records Assistants are available at any time during office hours to assist students with enrollment.
The Graduation/Transfer Evaluation office is where students apply for graduation, request an official degree check, have transfer transcripts evaluated and receive help with credit for experiential learning. The office of the Evening/Weekend Administrator serves as the focal point for students who need services or answers to questions during those hours when regular staff are not available.
