Clinical Simulations Conference Coming

OCCC is set to be the host sponsor for a statewide conference on Clinical Simulations for Health Education on Wednesday, May 21.

As part of the Governor's Council for Workforce and Economic Development, the conference is put on by the Oklahoma Health Care Workforce Center and features keynote speakers from around the country.

The day will begin with an ambulance bringing a patient simulator to a hospital. The simulation features a mock ER room set up in the college union where nurses, therapists, and lab personnel can demonstrate their craft.
