Spring Enrollment Underway at OCCC

Enrollment is underway for the spring 2008 semester and the January intersession at Oklahoma City Community College.

Students can complete up to three credit hours of instruction in less than two weeks during the January intersession, January 2 through the 12th. These compressed classes include everything from biology and English composition to storytelling and stress management. New for this intersession is an intensive video editing course where students will have the option to become certified in Final Cut Pro, a top editing software program.

When the spring semester begins January 14, OCCC will again offer the Success in College and Life course that helps incoming college students better prepare for their academic careers.

OCCC will be open extended hours beginning January 2 for enrollment. Admissions will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Fridays. Admissions counselors will also be available on Saturday, January 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Those enrolling for the first time must complete an application for admission, which can be found in the Admissions Office, first floor of the Main Building, or online at www.occc.edu. Returning students may enroll in person or online.
