OCCC Brings World-Renowned Group to Oklahoma

An historic performance is coming to the Sooner State as part of Oklahoma City Community College's Cultural Arts Series.

The internationally-known Celtic vocal group Anúna is coming to Oklahoma City Monday, November 19, at 7 p.m. Anúna is on their first U.S. tour, performing in 41 major cities across the country and this is the only stop scheduled in Oklahoma.

Anúna is an Irish choral group rooted in Celtic traditions, but drawing on influences from medieval, operatic and modern folk music. The group creates a visual and aural experience that is as powerful as it is enjoyable.

Because a larger venue was needed, the concert will be held in the First Presbyterian Church Sanctuary, located at NW 25th and Western. Ticket prices are $30 general admission, $25 seniors & students, and $17 children 12 & under. Tickets can be purchased on-line at OKCtickets.com or at all Party Galaxy stores. For more information, call OCCC at 682-7579, or visit www.occc.edu/cas.
