Woodwind Trio Coming to OCCC
The renowned woodwind trio, Allegresse, performs at OCCC January 29 at 7 p.m. The trio brings the soft melodic sounds of a flute, piano and oboe to the stage for this one night only performance in the OCCC theatre.
Tickets are $22, $17 for students and seniors.
The trio is also offering an educational lecture titled, "Discovering the Joy of Music" in the Arts and Humanities Building (AH 1C5) at 11 a.m. on January 29.
The remaining Cultural Arts Series performances include the Hot Club of San Francisco visiting the school February 26, and Renaissance music masters, the Renaissonics, take the stage on March 11. The Cultural Arts Series concludes with classical pianist Gabriela Montero on April 8.
