World Languages and Cultures CenterThe Absolute, a literary and artistic journal of Oklahoma City Community College has been published annually since the beginning of the college in 1972. It features short fiction, non-fiction, poetry, photography, and art. Absolute is published in both print and online versions.
The Write Choice Journal (WCJ) is a FREE tri-annual college-level e-zine that approaches writing in all its forms and formats from an eclectic point of view. The ultimate goal of this publication is to provide a platform where those involved in writing may come and discuss the various writing issues, needs, and/or problems experienced on the college campus, in the larger work force, and/or in society as a whole. It features articles, short stories, poems, one-act plays, essays, writing aids, etc.
This multiple panel mosaic panorama has been created by OKCCC students, faculty, and staff under the direction of Professor of Art Mary Ann Moore.
The panels, each measuring 12 feet by 32 feet, may be viewed from the High Tech Connector or from the Arts and Humanities Building and the Theater Lobby.
More information about the project and a gallery of images are available at the Mosaics Project website.
The Oklahoma City Community College newspaper is published weekly in both print and online versions. Online archives are available dating back to June 8, 1998.
